I have competed at world Championships, Commonwealth Games and World Cups over the last 10 years as an International athlete and I am holder numerous New Zealand titles and records.
I enjoy the sport of athletics because of its challenges and love to train hard to see the results I can achieve.
I have operated the recovery room on the North shore over the past 9 months, specializing in sports massage and sports recovery, as I love to see athletes from other sports learn from my own personal experiences and knowledge.
I utilise Compex in my clinic to help athletes recover along with more traditional techniques such as massage and athletes and also the general public have found great results with fewer injuries and improved performance.
